Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:
In stock products will ship within 3-5 business days, though we will always strive for faster shipping when possible. Project Backcountry is a small, family-owned business, so we don’t ship products between Friday at noon and Monday at 8AM Pacific Standard Time. In addition, taxes and duties associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS:
In the event of a defective product, please contact us via email to begin a return. Please return the item(s) in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. Refunds will be processed once the item(s) is inspected.
